The Department of Hotel Management, Thanjavur, embarked on an enriching field trip to the Food Museum on 27th July 2023. A total of 117 enthusiastic students participated in this gastronomic exploration, learning about the fascinating history and evolution of culinary delights. The visit provided invaluable insights into various cuisines, food preservation techniques, and culinary innovations. Students were inspired to embrace the diverse world of food and carry forward this knowledge into their future careers. It was an unforgettable experience that left everyone with a deeper appreciation for the art of gastronomy.
